How it works
Book your trip with American as normal. Instead of a connecting flight, your connection to / from PHL will show 'Operated by The Landline Company.'
To PHL:
- Check in for your trip 24 hours before your shuttle departure – same as you would for a flight.
- Arrive at your regional airport, check your bags and clear security as normal.
- Board the shuttle to your assigned seat – we’ll load your bags and transfer them to your final destination.
- Go straight to your connecting gate in PHL and board your flight.
From PHL:
- Check in for your trip 24 hours before your departure.
- Check your bags as normal – we’ll transfer them from the plane to the shuttle in PHL.
- Once you land in PHL, go to the gate listed on your boarding pass to board the shuttle.
- Board the shuttle to your assigned seat.
- Collect your bags from Baggage Claim at your final destination.
