This spring, we'll roll out new dishes like pan-roasted chicken, tortellini and other dishes in our Business cabin on flights from the U.S. to international destinations.
Meal options in our premium cabins will provide a range of culinary creations and award-winning wines.

Meals to new summer destinations like Nice, Naples or Copenhagen include macadamia-crusted sea bass with citrus cream sauce, quinoa, toasted orzo and haricots verts.
When traveling in our Business cabin from Europe, menu items include chili marinated chicken with mojo verde sauce, sweet potato mash, roasted corn and mini chili or gnocchi duet with plain and beetroot gnocchi, lentil ragout, apple chutney, brown butter, roasted spring onion and sliced green onion.
Enjoy regionally inspired, chef-crafted meals using local ingredients on American and Japan Airlines flights.

Order your meal online and enjoy onboard
You can choose from a wider variety of meals when you reserve your meal* starting 30 days (and up to 24 hours) before flights with meal service. Here's how:
- Find your trip
- If your trip is eligible**, you'll see the option to 'Reserve a meal'
- If you make changes to your flight, you must order your food again
*Ordering ahead is only available for premium cabin customers. Excludes flights to and from Lihue / Kauai (LIH) and Kona (KOA), and Miami (MIA) to / from Los Angeles (LAX). In Premium Economy, ordering ahead is only available for Special Meals.
